Are you interested in coaching or a program with us? Then let’s start with a personal meeting – by phone, online or on site. In this meeting, we will clarify together which measure suits you best and how we can best support you. We will also be happy to put you in touch with the job center / employment agency and help you apply for an AVGS voucher.
Redeem AVGS voucher from the Job Center
If you already have an activation and placement voucher (AVGS), you can redeem it with us. We will be happy to help you in advance with the assignment to the appropriate measure and will be in contact with your job center if you have any questions.
Your start with us
As soon as registration is complete, we will conduct a kick-off meeting. You will receive all the information about your program: course schedule, dates, location (or online access), contact persons and what you should bring with you. We will make your start clear, uncomplicated and individual. You will receive all the documents and we will be happy to answer all your questions in advance!
Your training / measure with us
Your program at Reichweite Akademie begins. Our coaches help you to gain clarity, develop structures and find new perspectives for your career path. All at your own pace – with heart, system and genuine support. The number of teaching units (TU) varies depending on the measure. You will experience professional, modern training methods and receive documented participant documentation.
Participation and documentation
During the program, we will document your participation, progress and goals. If you are unable to participate, simply let us know – we are there for you and will consult with your job center if necessary.
Completion and certification
At the end of the program, you will receive a certificate of participation and a final meeting. Together we will look back – and forward: What are your next steps? How can you make good use of what you have learned?

Frequently asked questions (FAQ)
Will it cost me anything to take part in the program?
No. If you have received an AVGS voucher from the job center or employment agency, the measure is completely free of charge for you. The costs are covered in full by the funding body.
How do I get an AVGS voucher?
You can obtain the activation and placement voucher (AVGS) from your contact at the job center or employment agency. Ask specifically about a measure for professional integration in accordance with §45 SGB III. We will be happy to support you with information or put you in touch.
Do I need to meet certain requirements to take part?
Not necessarily. You should be able to communicate in German, English, Turkish or Croatian and be open to change. We will clarify everything else individually in the initial meeting. If you have specific needs or restrictions, please contact us before the start of your program and we will clarify your individual circumstances.
What happens if I miss an appointment?
This is not a problem. Please inform us in good time if you are unable to attend or fall ill. We will then coordinate the next steps with you and, if necessary, with the Jobcenter. Regular attendance is nevertheless important.
Does the coaching take place on site or online?
Both are possible. As a rule, we offer our coaching sessions in person at our premises, but depending on your situation, a digital format via online video meeting is also possible. You can discuss your individual course plan with us in the initial meeting.
